Life and relationships can be hard and overwhelming. Healing is possible and does not have to happen alone.
If you are feeling disconnected from your spouse, struggling to communicate, or navigating the pain of betrayal, it can feel like your relationship is hanging by a thread. Or maybe sex has become a source of frustration, avoidance, or shame. You are not alone – there is a path forward.

What I Can Help You With
Relationship and Marriage Therapy:
When relationships feel distant or filled with conflict, it’s easy to lose hope. I work with couples to restore trust, rebuild connection, and create healthier communication and emotional intimacy. Whether you're navigating everyday stress or deep marital wounds, there’s a way forward together.
Sex Therapy:
Intimacy is deeply connected to our emotional health and relationships, but it’s also where many feel the most alone. Sex is often difficult or impossible to talk about, but deeply important to your marriage. It is scary to open up about such a vulnerable topic. I create a safe space to identify and address your concerns. I can provide support to you, whether you prefer to come in individually or with your spouse. I help couples address concerns such as:
Differences in desire
Shame
Sexual pain
Sexual dysfunction (related to problems with erections or orgasm/ejaculation)
Porn addiction
Trauma-related barriers to closeness
My approach is professional, safe, and grounded in compassion and education.
Affair Recovery & Betrayal Trauma:
Few things are as painful as discovering infidelity or hidden struggles like pornography use. You feel overwhelmed, like your whole world has blown up, and you do not know what to do next. I can help you process betrayal, rebuild trust, and make informed, intentional decisions about the future of the relationship.
Anxiety & Depression:
When anxiety or depression takes hold, even the simplest tasks can feel heavy. Negative thoughts and feelings can overwhelm you and shut you down. You may find it difficult to connect with others because they do not get what you are going through. Work and social situations can feel impossible. I can help you feel calmer and more confident in your daily life by teaching you coping skills and getting to the root of the fears that influence how you think and feel.
Trauma Recovery:
Past experiences, whether a single event or chronic relational harm, can deeply affect your present. Often, it is hard to feel safe, whether in your relationships or in specific situations, such as riding in a car. I use EMDR and trauma-informed therapy to help you process pain, reduce symptoms, and reclaim a sense of safety and self.
Grief Support:
Grief comes in many forms, from the loss of a loved one to the loss of a dream. You may feel overwhelmed and lost, unsure of how to move forward, and feel like no one gets what you are going through. You are tired of all the things people say to try to make you feel better, and upset when they stop checking on you after a time, even though you are still reeling from the loss. I offer a compassionate space to honor your loss and move at your own pace toward meaning, healing, and life after loss.
Faith-Based Counseling (Optional):
If you’d like to integrate your Christian faith into therapy, I offer an approach that blends biblical wisdom with psychological insight. Whether you want to process spiritual struggles, receive biblical guidance for relationships, or find hope rooted in faith, I’ll meet you in a way that aligns with your values.
